Objectives: This is a 5day course to provide an overview and course outline for technical training on Honeywell WINMAG PLUS integrated Security Management System. This training course is intended for Installation Engineers, service technicians, and
Administrators or anybody who will be involved with installing and maintaining Honeywell
Integrated Security Management systems. This training will provide details about WINMAG PLUS software. This training will also highlight the integration options from WINMAG with IQ Multi-access software and Honeywell Maxpro Video Management Software.
Assessment: Participants to this course should preferably have knowledge of:
Basics in access control.
Working knowledge PC and Windows 7 / Windows 8 and Server 2008/ 2012 operation.
Knowledge of TCP/IP Network topology.
SQL knowledge is of advantage but not mandatory
Software knowledge for client/server architecture

Winmag plus introduction and its architecture
Design Winmag plus BOQ (Hands-on session)
Winmag installation (Hands-on session)
Configuration, Commissioning and troubleshooting steps.
Deep insight to integration using Winmag program and Winmag macros(Hands-on session)
Winmag plus reports(Hands-on session)
Winmag Integration with IQMA access control system(Hands-on session)
Winmag Integration with Pro-Watch access control system (Hands-on session)
Winmag Integration with MB-Secure IQ Panel Control system (Hands-on session)
Winmag Integration with Galaxy Dimension intrusion controller (Hands-on session)
Winmag Integration with Honeywell MaxproVMS CCTV system(Hands-on session)
Resources: At the end of the course all students will receive a complimentary USB which contains Product documentation, product related tools, presentations,and a fully operational Win-Mag plus software offline demo version.
Other information: Students must be employed by an authorized HONEYWELL Security distributor or be
accompanied by an employee of an authorized distributor. Attendees should preferably have knowledge of PC Hardware, Windows 7 and Server 2008 OS. Have knowledge of TCP/IP Network topology, Pro-Watch security Management System knowledge is of advantage but not mandatory as well as SQL knowledge.
All classes will be conducted 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time), unless otherwise noted. The instructor reserves the right to make changes to the daily schedule during the course, as needed. IMPORTANT NOTES: Honeywell Security MEA suggests that attending students NOT make air travel arrangements back to their home location before 7:00PM (local time) on the final day of the class. It is strongly recommended that airfare travel arrangements made be refundable in case of class cancellation.
